PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT
I _______________ agree to purchase this ______________ Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy whelped on _____________ for the amount of ________, upon the following terms:
1.   The breeders, Heart Bar X, guarantee this puppy to be in good health and free of communicable 
      diseases at the time of sale.  If within 7 days from the time the buyer takes possession of the 
      puppy it is found by a licensed veterinarian that this puppy has a health problem, Heart Bar X
      agrees to refund the purchase price or replace the puppy if/when a puppy of equal value is available.
      Heart Bar X is not responsible for any expenses incurred which includes transportation charges.
      Arrangements for return should be made within 9 days of the date of possession with a 
      veterinarian's certificate stating that this puppy has a health problem.  A refund will be given only
      upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian and the return of the puppy. 

2.   You have an option for a 1 year health guarantee from the date of birth against congenital defects
      provided the buyer continues the daily supplementation of "NuVet Plus".  If your puppis found to 
      have congenital defects, you have the following two options:

    a.  Replacement:  Heart Bar X will provide a replacement puppy.  The buyer must return the 
        original puppy to receive a new puppy at the buyer's expense.  Heart Bar X will not be responsible
        for any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer.  The buyer must have a report from a licensed 
        veterinarian of the specific defect of the puppy.

    b.  50% off Purchase Price:  If the buyer chooses to keep the original puppy, Heart Bar X will allow
         the buyer to purchase a new puppy from any of our litters (of equal quality and price).  This will
         happen upon spay/neuter of the original puppy from a licensed veterinarian.  The buyer is
         responsible for any veterinary bills.

3.     Buyer acknowledges and agrees this puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian for additional
        booster vaccines and de-worming on a routine basis for it to remain in good health.  The buyer 
        further agrees that this puppy will always receive prompt and qualified medical care and will be
        housed and cared for according to the recommendations of your personal veterinarian.

4.     If at any time you are unable to keep or care for your dog/puppy - please give Heart Bar X first
        option to find a suitable home for it.  We do not want any of our dogs/puppies to go to an
        animal shelter or pet store.

5.     Puppies for "pets" will be sold with limited AKC registration.  We recommend that all pets be
        spayed or neutered - pricing is reduced in these cases.  Breeding and show puppies will be sold 
        with full AKC registration.
